Carved Sandstone Oil Burner – Stepped Wave

Hand-carved sandstone, cut into a slow rolling wave.

Each one is shaped by artisans in Jogja on the island of Java, where stone carving has been a family trade for generations. The stone is dense and cool to the touch, with the faint grain and tone variation that only natural material gives.

A tealight sits beneath the carved dish and warms it through. Add a wax melt or a few drops of essential oil, and the scent releases evenly as the stone holds its heat.

Because it is carved by hand, no two are quite alike.

Natural Indonesian sandstone. Use with a standard tealight and your favourite melts or oils.
