Delivery Areas We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, the European Union, and selected international destinations.
Delivery Timeframes As we work with a network of trusted suppliers, delivery times may vary by product. As a general guide:
- UK Standard: 3–7 working days
- UK Express: 1–3 working days
- EU: 7–14 working days
- International: 10–21 working days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by supplier availability, carrier delays, or busy periods.

- UK Standard: £4.99 — free on orders over £50
- UK Express: £6.99
- EU Standard: £14.99
- International Standard: £23.99
Large & Bulky Items Some of our furniture and garden items are large or heavy. These are delivered kerbside by the carrier. Please ensure someone is available to receive and assist with moving the item indoors.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card. Please follow the instructions to arrange redelivery or collection. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us and reshipping charges may apply.
